Guide

Make a digital recipe book that lasts

A digital recipe book is one private place for every recipe you cook, searchable and always in your pocket. The best ones import recipes cleanly, scale servings, and let you export everything so you are never locked in. Trivet does all three, on your iPhone and iPad.

What a good digital recipe book needs

Reliable import

Add a recipe from a link or a photo without retyping it.

Real search

Find a recipe by title or by an ingredient you have on hand.

Serving scaling

Cook for two or twelve without doing the math.

No account needed

Your book lives on your devices, not on a company server behind a login.

Export

Your recipes belong to you. Take them anywhere, any time.

Privacy

No ads, no tracking, no selling your cooking habits.

How to start yours in five minutes

  1. Download Trivet and open it. There is no sign-up.
  2. Import three recipes you cook often, by link or by photo.
  3. Tag them, scale one to tonight's serving size, and cook from it.
  4. Export a backup copy from Settings, so the book is safe beyond your phone.

Still on paper?

Plenty of collections start in a box, and there is a version of this that works there too. The free recipe card templates and family cookbook pages print at home, and when you want the searchable copy as well, digitizing the box takes an afternoon.

Your recipe book, finally in one place.
